| Boy,
I sure wish I could lower my shipping costs, but because nearly all of the work is considered "over size"
, I usually end up on the short end of the stick even at the quoted prices. Oh, well,
I won't whine about the ever-increasing costs of shipping if you won't! Depending on the size of your fountain or sculpture and your location,
I will (a) pack your shipment here in my studio and send it to you fully insured via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground; (b) have a shipping company in Tucson pick up your shipment, pack it, and arrange for delivery (usually via freight truck); or (c) deliver it
myself.
I make every attempt to get shipments out as quickly as possible. Estimated time frames are listed for each piece. Still, things don't always go as planned and sometimes
I run out of a particular piece before I get a chance to update the web
site.
If that happens,
I'll keep in touch with you from the time I receive your order until it is shipped.
Please open and inspect your
delivery right away. In the unlikely case that your fountain or sculpture is damaged in shipping, please save all the shipping materials for inspection by the shipper. If you wait too long or fail to save the packaging material, your pre-paid insurance will be voided.
